Product, specification, volume, destination port, target month.

Offer
We do
A written offer: price by Incoterm, packing configuration, container load, validity date, and the documents included.
You provide
Nothing. The offer is issued against the brief.

Sample
We do
Samples drawn from current production, photographed with the lot number, and couriered.
You provide
A courier address and, where required, an import permit for samples.

Contract
We do
A sales contract stating specification, tolerance, payment terms, the inspection clause and what happens if the goods are rejected.
You provide
Company documents, and the LC or TT arrangement.

Production & packing
We do
Harvest or production scheduled, lot numbers assigned per pallet, packing to your artwork if private label.
You provide
Artwork and label approval, if applicable.

Inspection & documents
We do
In-house pre-shipment inspection with photographs, plus phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, and any market-specific document. Third-party inspection arranged on request.
You provide
Your inspector’s details, if you appoint one.

Loading & sailing
We do
Container stuffed under supervision, seal number photographed, bill of lading issued, and the vessel tracked to arrival.

Consignee details and any nominated forwarder.
